Our Adult Gi program is open to students ages 16 and up and focuses on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including takedowns, positions, escapes, submissions, and live training. Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Until a dedicated teen program is introduced, students aged 13+ are welcome to train in our adult classes.

Our Kids & Teens Gi program helps young students build confidence, discipline, coordination, and problem-solving skills through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Classes focus on age-appropriate techniques, movement, play, and teamwork in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Currently, all youth students train together in our Kids & Teens program, however youth 12+ may be more comfortable and challenged in our adult program. As our membership grows, we plan to introduce a dedicated teen class to provide additional challenge and age-specific instruction.
